Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ulot Capital app and website (the "Service"), operated by Ulot Capital (operator: Tolu Idowu) ("Ulot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or activating the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Ulot Capital is — and is not

• Ulot Capital is a betting-assist / copy-staking tool. It selects stakes and, once you activate, places them on your own Cloudbet account using your own Cloudbet Trading API key, sized from your own balance with our staking method (Recovery T).
• Ulot is not a bookmaker, casino, bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser or fund manager. We do not accept bets, hold your betting funds, or pay out winnings. Cloudbet is an independent third party; your betting account, its rules, limits, odds, settlements, KYC and payouts are governed by Cloudbet's own terms.
• Ulot cannot deposit into or withdraw from your Cloudbet account. You fund and withdraw on Cloudbet yourself.
• Nothing in the Service is financial, investment or legal advice.

2. Eligibility and your location

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• Online betting is restricted or illegal in some countries and regions, and Cloudbet itself does not serve some locations. You are solely responsible for checking that using Cloudbet and this Service is lawful where you live and where you are when you use it. Do not use the Service where it is unlawful, and do not use VPNs or false information to get around restrictions.
• Nigeria: gambling and sports betting in Nigeria are regulated at federal and state level (including by state lotteries and gaming boards). Ulot Capital is not a licensed Nigerian betting operator and does not offer betting itself; the bets are placed with Cloudbet under your own account. Users in Nigeria must satisfy themselves that their use complies with the laws of their state.
• We may refuse, suspend or close accounts in any location at our discretion.

3. Activation requirements

Before Ulot places any stake on your account you must: (a) fund your Ulot fee balance with at least the minimum shown in the app; (b) register on Cloudbet; (c) fund your Cloudbet account with at least the minimum shown in the app; and (d) submit your Cloudbet email and a valid Cloudbet Trading API key. Ulot may pause placing stakes if any of these stop being true (for example, if your Cloudbet balance falls below the minimum or your key stops working).

4. Your Cloudbet API key

• You authorise Ulot to use your API key to place bets and read balances and bet results on your Cloudbet account, until you remove the key or close your account.
• Only give us a Trading API key. Never give anyone your Cloudbet password. Keep your Cloudbet account secure.
• You can revoke the key in Cloudbet or remove it in the app at any time. Bets already placed stay in place and settle under Cloudbet's rules.

5. Risk of loss — no guarantee

• Every stake can lose. Losing runs happen. Our staking method may increase stake sizes after losses to try to recover them; this can lead to larger losses if a losing run continues.
• The 20% reserve floor and other safeguards reduce risk but do not remove it.
• Bets may fail, be rejected, be voided, settle differently from expected, or be placed at different odds because of market movement, Cloudbet limits, connectivity, outages or software errors. Ulot is not responsible for decisions made by Cloudbet.
• Any results, statistics or examples shown are historical or illustrative and are not a promise of future returns.

6. Fees

• Ulot charges a service fee on net profit made on your account, calculated per fee cycle and when you withdraw profit, as described in the app. No fee is charged when there is no net profit for the cycle.
• Fees are taken from your Ulot fee balance (USDT you deposit to Ulot). Keep it topped up; if it is too low, Ulot may pause placing stakes for you.
• Fee balance deposits must be sent on a supported network to the exact address shown in the app. Crypto transfers are irreversible; funds sent to a wrong address or network may be lost.
• Withdrawals of unused fee balance or referral earnings are made on request, reviewed and paid manually, and must cover the network payout fee. Processing times may vary.
• We may change fees with notice in the app. Changes apply going forward.

7. Referrals and affiliate links

• Each user gets a referral code/link. When someone you referred pays a service fee, you earn a share of that fee as shown in the app. Referral earnings can be moved to your fee balance or withdrawn subject to the minimum shown in the app.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, spam and misleading promotion are not allowed; we may cancel referral earnings obtained that way.
• Links to Cloudbet in the app may be affiliate links, and Ulot may receive a commission from Cloudbet when you register through them. This does not change what you pay Cloudbet.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no false information, sharing or selling accounts, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering, overloading or attacking the Service, or using it for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

9. Responsible gambling

Set limits and stick to them. Never chase losses with money you need for living costs. If betting stops being fun or you feel you are losing control, stop, remove your API key, use Cloudbet's self-exclusion and limit tools, and seek help from a local support service.

10. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ulot is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, missed bets, Cloudbet decisions, third-party outages, blockchain or network failures, or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the service fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Suspension and closure

You can stop at any time by removing your API key and asking us to close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or create legal or security risk. Fees already earned remain payable.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
